Stretch and Relaxation

Join us for a virtual “Pay What You Wish” yoga class Sunday at 10AM

This class incorporates yoga postures, gentle movement, breath work, and guided relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness, and quieting of the nervous system. We will focus on facilitating a peaceful transition to rest at the end of our day/week. This and all classes at Inner Health and Healing are suitable for people of all abilities and experiences.
