Mariss Campbell, LCSW

Marissa Campbell, LCSW

Marissa is the original founder of the practice and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in CT and specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, and acute populations. Marissa has experience working with high acuity individuals through crisis intervention, mobile crisis, intensive outpatient programming, and in outpatient therapy. Mental health and healing is a passion of hers and she uses CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing as a few examples of modalities in practice. Marissa creates a therapeutic environment that aims to provide patients with new self-insights, personal resilience in the wake of crisis, and awakening to new perspectives to enjoy a more meaningful lived experience. In addition to her clinical work, Marissa is a Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapist When Marissa isn’t working with clients she enjoys time with her three beautiful children and two spunky cats.

Austin Macchiaroli Yoga Teacher Reiki and Energy Healer

Austin Macchiaroli

Austin Macchiaroli is a certified yoga teacher, Hypnotist, and reiki practitioner. Finding inspiration in her own spiritual and wellness journey She is motivated to facilitate healing and mind body connection with her clients. Austin is constantly looking to expand her knowledge in healing and general wellbeing and will continue to innovate the offerings at Inner Health and Healing. When not at the office she is spending time with her family and teaching her three very spirited daughters.

Lorena Santana LCSW,

Lorena Santana has been working with at risk individuals since 2017. She is passionate about her clients feeling supported, achieving overall wellness and being connected to resources. Lorena obtained her MSW at Fordham University in 2019. Lorena uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in working with individuals to find healing. Lorena had experience with individual counseling, as well as intensive outpatient level of care. Outside of work, Lorena enjoys trying new foods, and going on bike rides. Lorena believes that forming a therapeutic alliance, being nonjudgemental and compassionate allows for the best care to be delivered.

Kayla Dohoney, LMSW

Kayla Dohoney started her social work career in 2019. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2022. Kayla focuses on mental health advocacy for clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and other diagnoses. She has extensive experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and intellectual and physical disabilities. Her experience lies in outpatient therapy, schools and group settings. Kayla uses CBT, DBT, and mindfulness to evaluate and explore thoughts, feelings, and actions to create positive patterns and coping skills. Kayla’s passion is helping children, teens, and adults in need of mental health care while creating a safe and non-judgmental environment. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with family and her dog, Stella.

Grace D'Onofrio, LPC

Grace is a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Connecticut. She earned her BS in psychology and MS in Counseling education and community counseling at Western Connecticut State University. Grace began her counseling program in 2005 focusing on teen and adult care . She also worked as a school Counselor in a very high need district.  She had experience working with teens and adult that have experienced trauma and mental health needs. She incorporates cognitive behavior at therapy , solutions focus and meeting clients where they are at to delve op’s positive coping skills and self self image and concept. 

Grace developed group programs for teens and women for self empowerment and self growth. She is also a reiki Practitioner, herbalist, and energy worker.

When Grace is not working , she can be found travelling around the world and spending time with her family. 

Ethan Wattley, LPC

Ethan Wattley welcomes you into a collaborative psychotherapy model. The invitation is to start slowing down and become more aware of the inner ability to heal that you are already holding. Ethan brings training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) from the IFS Institute, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy; in addition to other models. For each therapeutic relationship there is a recognition of your own unique experience and story, together you will find what it means for you to move towards health. Ethan has experience working with a range of disorders in both inpatient and outpatient settings, some of these include depression, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders. Ethan also specializes in sex therapy, and is engaged in active supervision for this as well as going through ISEE’s Holistic Sex Therapist program. Areas of focus in sex therapy can include but are not limited to: Gender Identity & Sexual orientation, Erectile Dysfunction, “Premature” or Early Ejaculation, Delayed Ejaculation, “Sex addiction” or sexual compulsivity, Desire Discrepancy in Relationships, Sexual Trauma, Non-monogamy, Vaginismus, Sexual Pain, Kink & BDSM, Infidelity, and more. Ethan is a LPC in CT, with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Vermont University. 

Emma Ragusa, LMSW

Emma Ragusa is a licensed master’s social worker in the state of Connecticut. She attended New York University for her undergraduate degree where she studied Child and Adolescent Mental Health studies, inspiring her love of working with others. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in 2023. Emma’s experience lies mainly in school settings, both public and therapeutic, and she has done group and individual counseling with children, youth, and families. Emma has experience with various diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, OCD, and mood disorders. Some of the modalities she uses in her work are CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Emma’s approach is gentle and relationally based, with a focus on the development of her clients’ self-determination and confidence, as well as coping, interpersonal, and self-regulation skills. When she is not working, Emma enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with her spirited dog, Harriet. 

Stephanie Aguayo, LMSW

Stephanie Aguayo earned her social work degree from The University of Michigan in 2021. She specializes in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma, and is passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.

Stephanie draws from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy to create personalized plans for each client’s unique needs and goals. Her past experience includes working with individuals facing domestic violence, which deepened her understanding of resilience and the importance of empowerment. She is bilingual in Spanish and committed to serving diverse communities.

Outside of work, Stephanie is an avid runner, using the practice as a way to manage stress and maintain balance in her life. She is currently training for multiple races. She also makes it a goal to visit a new country every year, a tradition that inspires her love for connecting with diverse cultures and perspectives.
